The Summer Drink of 2010: Hat Trick

Terri Potratz, star bartender at Nuba, has presented what surely must be the summer drink of 2010: The Hat Trick.

• Two shots organic gin
• One splash of ginger juice
• Fill with ice and ginger ale
• Garnish with cucumber stick

Refreshing and memorable, the Hat Trick got its name because Terri was wearing a hat when she invented it.

The mojito must step aside... gin is back!

You can (and should) try this at home, but I recommend trying it from its creator. Nuba is at the bottom of the Dominion Building in Vancouver.
